Another Waggoner Makes Her Arrival

Jillian Grace Waggoner was born at 3:05 PM (Indiana time) yesterday in Lafayette, IN. She was 7lbs. 8 oz. As soon as I get the pictures from proud parents, Bob and Rebecca, I will have them posted. I'm sure that she already loves her uncle Keith!
