Well, it's official. We can now hold our heads high in Nampa. Pres. George Walker Bush is coming to town! It's taken 5 years for his presidential entourage to arrive, but come Wednesday, all 76% of the voters in Canyon County who voted for W in the 2004 election(http://www.epodunk.com/cgi-bin/politicalInfo.php?locIndex=7016) will be able to catch a glimpse of him as he drives into town for a news conference.
According to local news sources, you have to procure an official invitation to attend the press conference. I'm going to see what it takes to get an official invite.
